Holland Tour 2005

After 3 successive tours to UK locations it was decided the time had come to enter Europe. With 13 players and 9 parents from the U14 Juniors and 11 players and 5 parents from the U15 Juniors the group made the 12 hour journey to their base in Belgium at the Molenheide Holiday Park.

Both teams entered the Tunnis cup played at several different locations in Holland. All the players enjoyed the experience of competing against a wide range of teams from across Europe, but unfortunately neither teams progressed from the group stages. After a hard 2 days of football the evenings were as usual enjoyed back at the holiday park where the late night pranks, days stories and decisions were discussed over a couple of glasses of Belgium’s finest.
